Senior Internal Communications Advisor – 12-Month FTC

​Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Internal Communications Advisor for a 12 month FTC, to support the growth of their business and create a better future for our planet.

As a Senior Internal Communications Advisor, you will be an integral part of our regional team.

You will have the opportunity to work and be a part of a transformative, collaborative and energetic team and support your peers in delivering integrated communications aligned with our global business objectives.

You will work closely with and advise key stakeholders across all areas of the business on all aspects of internal communications.

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement, ideally gained within a large matrix organisations.

  • Evidence of delivering internal communication strategies, campaigns and plans which achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Demonstrable understanding and application of measurement and best practices in internal communication planning and execution.

  • Working directly with Leadership as an internal audience, building and executing leadership communication plans, while working with your key stakeholders.

  • Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a demonstrable ability to think strategically and effectively plan content across multiple channels.

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to convey complex topics in simple language to multiple audiences.

  • Experience in sourcing and creating content for a range of online and offline channels.

  • Confident to advise others (including senior stakeholders) on internal communications best practice.

  • Able to build effective working relationships and influence people.

  • High energy, with the drive and enthusiasm to make things happen.

  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects with limited direction.

  • Able to work effectively with ambiguity and manage stakeholders during periods of change.
