Internal Communications Officer with ref. AN916828

Perfect position for a budding Internal Communications professional!

I’m partnered with a client in the transport sector on the lookout for an Internal Communications Officer. In this newly created role, you will be a key member in the delivery of internal communications across the organisation, ensuring an engaged, informed and motivated workforce. You will be in an Internal Comms team of 3 and working to bring new ideas into action as well as creating content for existing campaigns and channels.

What will I be doing?

For this position, you will need to have some proven experience within Internal Communications and be looking for a step-up to grow and develop your Comms Career. You will be involved in a variety of work, including:

Developing internal intranet site
Creation of employee engagement plans with the Internal Comms Manager
Content creation for various channels: screens, intranet, newsletters etc.
Sourcing news stories from across the business
Working with stakeholders across the organisation

And what else?

You must commit to 3 days in the office in Poplar, with occasional travel further in East London required.
