Having 15 years of recruitment experience in the UK and South Africa, Crystle joined VMA GROUP in 2018 and now recruits for mid to senior level internal communications professionals across the UK and Europe.

With an interest in workplace and organisation psychology, Crystle keeps up to date with the latest industry developments and sits on the IoIC London committee, as well as supporting the IABC UK&I with various events.
