​Senior Corporate Communications Manager – UK industrials

VMAGROUP are partnering with a British multinational as they demerge two of their businesses into an independent and separately listed company.

The organisation is searching for a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to manage and deliver the communications for this newly created company. The new development of the new entity and decision re the demerger is a reflection of their successful transformation over recent years, investing in new technologies and focusing on the future of their industries.

The new company will provide a platform for continued long term sustainable growth taking advantage of future opportunities and supporting the long term future and investments of stakeholders and investors.

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager will be an external communications specialist, manage PR requirements through an external PR agency and protect and enhance the reputation of the new organisation.

The individual will identify key stakeholders and advise and support senior stakeholders including the CEO and CFO.

Investor and financial communications experience is essential within this role, and there will be scope to hire a direct report for day to day communications activity. However, this person must be hands on, and not unhappy about “getting stuck in”, to get things done.

Based in London, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office
