As a Digital Commerce Executive for our client, you will be bringing our strategy alive across 2 different sites. It is the role of the Digital Commerce Exec to support the D2C annual plan by operating the back end of the websites and ensuring the front end meets the user experience roadmap created. The executive will manage key projects, through their experiences gained within FMCG or related industries in supporting best-in-class activations either within a digital or physical retail role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supporting website updates
Monthly by SKU forecasting in Anaplan
Promotional/pricing set up and updates in
Shopify
Coupons and discounts set up in Shopify
Promotional/coupon analysis
Responsible for timely new product listings, including new sku set up across all platforms – SAP,
Shopify and Umbraco
Making the following website updates via Umbraco platform on a daily/weekly basis:
Updating product pages (PDPs) and creating new ones (i.e. images, product copy, back-end tagging) for items such as Gift with Purchase
Creating new landing pages in line with marketing requirements (brand/category pages, occasion-led landing pages)
Driving any immediate website optimisations that do not require further technical work to improve customer experience on-site.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years within an FMCG
Internal or external experience as an E-Merchandiser or commercial role within a digital setting
Project Management, Analytical and core selling skills.
Time management & prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.
Desire to create change & to build the execution tracking function.
High resilience & positive attitude – able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team cross-functionally.
