My client, a management consultancy firm, is looking for a Communications & Engagement Consultant on an initial three month contract with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Consultant to work client side on one of the organsiation’s largest accounts in the defence sector.

The successful candidate will design and deliver a communications and engagement strategy which will act as an enabler to the successful delivery of a cultural change. Working with a work force of 3000 you will be responsible planning and supporting targeted communications and engagement activities for key stakeholder groups who need to change behaviours and ways of working.

This role will suit candidates who have gravitas and who get excited about designing the best change experience for an organisation’s people. If you have ten years of corporate communications experience, specializing in internal communications and engagement with a focus on change, it you’re experienced in shaping communications and engagement.
