Since joining VMA Group in 2016, I’ve progressed from Consultant to Head of Practice. I now lead a team of four specialist contract recruitment consultants managing vacancies across all communications disciplines from officer to director level, regularly placing over 100 roles each year as a function.
With a background in sales and marketing, I am well placed to quickly understand job briefs and source the right people for hiring managers. This has enabled me and the contract team to place the vast majority of roles we work on, helping hundreds of communicators find their next dream role.
