The recruitment process for hiring a temporary employee is much quicker than that for permanent roles and is generally one, or at most, two stages.
  • After sharing your brief, we commit to getting a candidate shortlist to you within 48 hours. We manage an extensive network of high calibre interim and contract professionals, working across all sectors and at all levels.

  • Once you appoint the best interim for your needs, we initiate our compliance process. Our compliance team work closely with the candidate to ensure all documentation is in order before they begin the role.

  • Finally, we set the interim up on our timesheet system, where you can simply approve their weekly timesheets.
