Lucy Cairncross

After working at Condé Nast Publications for 6 years, Lucy made the switch to communications recruitment in 2005 and joined VMA GROUP as a Senior Consultant 3 years later.

Now, as Managing Director, Lucy is responsible for VMA GROUP's permanent communications and corporate affairs recruitment business across the UK. Lucy also leads on VMA GROUP’s Advisory Services projects.

During her time at VMA GROUP, Lucy has personally recruited within corporate communications in the private and public sector across a wide range of industries.

Lucy runs a network for senior communications and corporate affairs leaders and regularly chairs VMA GROUP’s specialist events.
