Doina Grubii

​Since joining VMA GROUP in 2021, Doina has developed a sector focus, placing permanent and interim communications, marketing and digital roles, across leading organisations in Europe. Prior to her career in recruitment, she worked as a Marketing Lead for emerging GEOs in the corporate environment.

Having been born in Moldova and living most of her life in Romania, Doina is familiar in navigating different cultures and ways of working. Her broad understanding of cultures and languages means she is able to connect with clients and candidates in a way that perhaps many others cannot.
