Our client is a global oil and gas services company that underwent an organisational restructuring project as a result of the volatile business environment in the sector.
What Was The Challenge?
We were briefed on an assignment to find and place a specialist interim change communicator who would be responsible for developing a strategy and implementing the communications around the business restructure process over a six month period.
The brief was to find an immediately available interim who could support the Director of Internal Communications and work across the company's various global markets.
Our client knew that the ideal person for the role would have knowledge of the oil and gas industry and experience of communicating to global audiences as well as experience of communicating large-scale company change.
What Our Team Did
