VMA GROUP Sources a Temporary Senior Communications Consultant for Social Care Organisational, CareTech.

Since 1993, CareTech has been a leading provider of social care, offering specialist services to support a diverse range of complex needs. They aim to empower individuals to live life to the fullest potential in a safe, stable environment.

Director of Human Resources, Steve Bennett, was looking to appoint a temporary Senior Communications Consultant to come into the organisation and refine their communications approach.

This new role had three focal objectives:

Increase staff engagement
Increase retention and recruitment
Continue building relationships with stakeholders
