Over the past three years WPP has been on a journey to reimagine IT at WPP – possibly one of the largest and most complex transformations any company could undertake.
Key to the success of any transformation is of course communication, which is why after having previously placed multiple candidates, WPP called on VMA GROUP to seek out a communications expert to support the promotion of their new and improved digital experiences. The role required extensive knowledge and background working in a fast-paced matrix organisation, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
Following a briefing call with Matt Gibbs, Head of the Interim & Contract Team, WPP were provided with a shortlist of exceptional candidates which perfectly matched the brief within just two days.
