Team/ Role
This is a newly created role and sits in marketing & digital team.
As the CRM Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationship data strategy — ensuring our CRM (Workbooks) is accurate, powerful, and fully embedded in daily business life.
Your mission: make the CRM the go-to tool for client insights, marketing campaigns, and strategic decision-making. You’ll partner with marketing, BD, consultants, and leadership to ensure every client interaction is informed, consistent, and impactful.
What You’ll Do
CRM Strategy & Operations
Own and evolve the firm’s CRM strategy, ensuring it meets business needs.
Maintain the Workbooks system — safeguarding data quality, performance, and usability.
Define and uphold best-practice standards for data entry, segmentation, and maintenance.
Business Development & Marketing Support
Partner with marketing to plan and deliver targeted campaigns (events, newsletters, thought leadership).
Provide actionable client insights and engagement histories to BD teams and Directors.
Training & Change Management
Champion CRM adoption across the firm, from fee earners to senior leaders.
Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, working with our Learning & Development team.
Act as a change agent, making CRM usage second nature across the business.
Reporting & Insights
Create clear, actionable reports on client activity, marketing ROI, and BD performance.
Turn CRM data into insights that guide strategic business decisions.
What We’re Looking For
5 Years+ Proven CRM experience in a b2b environment.
Sector experience in professional services, consultancy or similar.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms exp (Workbooks or similar)
Experience managing CRM upgrades or vendor relationships.
Knowledge of client segmentation and marketing automation.
Project management skills, ideally with Agile exposure.
