Digital communications Manager

​We are working with an organisation that is seeking a talented Digital Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of engaging digital content across website, newsletters, and social media channels. This role suits a digital expert with a strong editorial eye and a passion for user experience, analytics, and integrated communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the work of the external digital agency to manage and enhance the organisation’s website.

  • Ensures excellent user journeys and accessibility for key audiences.

  • Optimises website visibility through effective SEO strategies.

  • Leads the development and distribution of digital newsletters.

  • Curates and edits website content to maintain consistency in tone and usability.

  • Creates engaging digital content including articles, web pages, and multimedia assets.

  • Monitors and evaluates digital performance, recommending improvements.

  • Collaborates on social media strategy to amplify communications.

  • Supports and trains team members in digital best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum five years’ experience managing websites and digital content.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, UX, and digital communications.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Experience integrating digital platforms into broader campaigns.

  • Proven project management skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM systems and multimedia content creation.

  • Ability to respond to fast-moving issues.

  • Understanding of brand development and working within brand guidelines.
