Does it feel like your business is constantly going through change? And does it feel like it’s getting harder and harder to make it happen? The good news is that just by understanding how people think, and how they respond to change, you can make life easier for everyone!
In this session of Meet the Author, we'll be joined by Mel Loy, as she shares some of the key concepts from both her books, bringing together change management, communication, and behavioural science principles into a recipe for people-centred change. You’ll have the chance to find out your own communication personality type, and learn five top tips that can transform your change communication.
