The Communications Function
In February 2021 we asked 120 communications leaders all over Europe whether they felt their communications functions had skills gaps during the COVID-19 pandemic.
For those that confirmed their teams had gaps, we asked them whether they are now recruiting to build these skills into their functions for the future, or whether they were still dealing with hiring freezes.
