Job Title: UK Partnership Marketing Associate

Location: London, hybrid working – 4 days in the office per week

Job Type: Interim

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: End of Dec 2024 (potential extension possible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual goals are met

  • Support partnership plans: Execute on partnership marketing plans that drive growth and enhance brand visibility

  • Track and analyse performance: Monitor the performance of partnerships and campaigns, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements

  • Shape our partnership narrative: Support the narrative of end consumers starting and regularly investing

  • Work on pitches: Support the delivery of a successful pitch framework that clearly communicates our value proposition. Assist in the design of high-quality pitch decks and build out best in practice case studies

  • Showcase our client’s education suite: Collaborate with internal teams on market research to help shape our client’s suite of educational marketing material, managing the content plan and library

  • Improve web experience: Working with internal teams to build a best–in-class web journey with a focus on content, tools and performance

  • Support on governance: Assist on building out a partnership governance model, measuring framework, staying connected with the taskforces and updating any reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with company objectives

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in multi-channel or partnership marketing

  • Proven expertise in digital and physical marketing activations and brand marketing

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing – focus on end investors preferred

  • Strong understanding of the brand activation landscape across consumer categories

  • Experience collaborating with digital and creative agencies, and marketing channels

  • Experience in building CRM campaigns that leverage best practice lifecycle marketing through systems such as Eloqua. As well as experience with project tracking systems like JIRA

  • Experience within the finance industry and compliance teams seen as plus
