A leading global fintech organization, specializing in the operation of FX and crypto currency exchanges, is looking for a digital communications expert to join them in a newly created role to help build the organization's profile and drive brand engagement through the development and execution of a social media and digital campaigns strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of social media communication strategy and execution

  • Working closely with the Head of Corporate Communications to leverage social media to help build the group’s profile and brand awareness

  • Day to day management of the social media channels and digital community, engaging with key audiences

  • Creating multimedia content in a variety of mediums

  • Creating content for the website on industry developments, key issues or initiatives

  • Supporting the communications team across all other areas of content creation

  • Reporting on execution of social media activity, sponsored and organic, and day to day running of the content calendar for social media channels

  • Development and management of digital agency and campaigns

  • Measurement and evaluation of impact and performance of content and campaigns

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum five years’ experience in digital communications and social media at a top tier communications agency or B2B financial services firm

  • Proficient in copy writing and excellent writing skills

  • B2B social media expertise and experience and knowledge with tools for content management, automation and reporting

  • Familiarity with email marketing and web analytics

  • Awareness of the latest social and digital media trends

  • Passion and enthusiasm for the potential of social media to shape and enhance corporate communications

  • Highly organized, pro-active individual, who wants to build integrated communications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Highly driven and delivery oriented, creative, innovative and proactive

  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
