Key Responsibilities:

  • Enablement Strategy & Execution: Design and implement enablement programs to improve revenue performance, aligned with leadership goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders to develop tailored enablement initiatives.

  • Content Development: Create engaging and simplified content, including playbooks, tech enablement, and live training sessions.

  • Training & Facilitation: Lead both virtual and in-person training sessions.

  • Performance Analytics: Use data to measure program impact and recommend improvements to address performance gaps.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage cross-functional teams, manage expectations, and drive change effectively.

  • Technology & Tools: Utilise enablement tools such as LMS, CMS, and call recording/analytics platforms.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:10+ years in Revenue Enablement (preferably in technical products).

  • Skills:

    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and content creation skills.

    • Knowledge of value-based sales methodologies

    • Strategic thinking and project management capabilities.

    • Ability to simplify complex concepts.

    • Data-driven decision-making and impact measurement.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Highly adaptable with strong change management skills.

    • Collaborative, with a challenger mindset.

    • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel internationally for in-person enablement programs.
