Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join a sustainability scale-up business on a permanent basis.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and B2B lead generation.

 

Hybrid working: 4 days in Richmond office, 1 day from home.

 

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our sustainability-focused business solutions, including branding, messaging, and positioning strategies

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations

  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates. Utilise SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach our target audience effectively

  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our expertise and engage with potential clients and partners

  • Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and thought leaders to secure media coverage and speaking opportunities for our firm

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sustainability space. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics

  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and implement lead generation programs to attract potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts

  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience and reinforces our commitment to sustainability.

  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives
