Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join a sustainability scale-up business on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and B2B lead generation.
Hybrid working: 4 days in Richmond office, 1 day from home.
Roles & responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our sustainability-focused business solutions, including branding, messaging, and positioning strategies
Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates. Utilise SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach our target audience effectively
Event Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our expertise and engage with potential clients and partners
Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and thought leaders to secure media coverage and speaking opportunities for our firm
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sustainability space. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and implement lead generation programs to attract potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts
Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Ensure that our messaging resonates with our target audience and reinforces our commitment to sustainability.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives
