Senior Internal Communications Manager required for a large international business.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communication, you will take responsibility for working with key senior stakeholders across the business to deliver an internal comms strategy which supports company wide objectives. You will be responsible for developing, planning and delivering a series of internal comms initiatives and campaigns, which supports internal business functions and external expansion and voice.
As part of this high profile position, you will lead and develop a high performing internal comms team of six. You will play a central role in shaping the internal comms strategy of the organisation, bringing to life its purpose, values and vision.
This organisation is currently experiencing a period of high profile change and transformation and you will work closely with all areas of the business to support internal change programmes, which not only impact businesses processes, but also the culture of the organisation too. You will provide expert internal comms advice to ensure each programme achieves maximum success.
You and your team will also manage and develop cutting edge internal channels and content to ensure the very best levels of engagement are achieved.
