Our client is a leading insurance company who is now looking for a Senior IC Manager to join their team in South East London. This is a great step for an established Senior IC Executive or IC Manager to support the development of the IC strategy and contribute to the overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the IC strategy in line with the key business goals
• Plan and deliver a variety of IC campaigns including complex change projects and crisis communications
• Partner successfully with different functions of the business to develop good stakeholder relationships
• Work collaboratively with a high performing team to inspire and motivate them in delivering their goals

Experience:

• Solid experience in internal communications and the ability to work on both a strategic and tactical level
• Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of delivering successful IC campaigns using a range of print and digital channels
• Strong communications skills, including working closely with senior leadership and being able to advice and guide them
• A team player with a can do approach and passion for self-development
