We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the music industry based in Central or South London. Our client is looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their team and lead the internal communications function, improve engagement and work closely with the senior leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to provide strategic communications advice
• Develop and implement an achievable and effective internal communications strategy
• Develop existing and new communications channels to ensure messages are delivered in the right way
• Ensure that all communications and events companywide are aligned with the company brand

REQUIREMENTS

• Established experience as an effective Internal Communications Manager and a proven track record of delivering internal communications campaigns using a range of existing and new channels
• Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders with a consultative and confident approach
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the creative industries and an interest in the music industry would be an advantage
