​We are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Business Partner for our client based in London. This is a global role, and you will partner with and be a trusted advisor to the directors and senior leadership team within the operations and technology functions of the business.

They are looking for someone who has experience delivering change communications with a focus on operations and technical communication as well as employee engagement communications to ensure that adoption of new tech, changes in processes and policies is being delivered in an engaging and colleague focus way.

Key responsibilities:

• Support ongoing development and delivery of the Global Internal Communications strategy.

• Develop, deliver and evaluate the technology and operations Internal Communications strategy

• Partner with the senior leadership team to design and implement key creative campaigns and compelling narratives for the technology function.

• Work closely with HR and support them with the promotion of, and engagement in, all people-related activities.

• Coach, advise and support the senior leadership team in all aspects of internal communications.

Skills and experience required

• Previous experience as an advisor within a complex organization

• Experience taking the lead and delivering effective, impactful and creative communications for desk and non-desked-based employees.

• Extensive internal communications & campaign experience, with clear evidence of building suc-cessful, collaborative relationships.

• Able to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-moving environment.

• Strategic thinker with practical, hands-on delivery experience

• Able to identify opportunities, issues and trends.

• High attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Creative thinker and problem solver with determination to achieve the best results.

• Independent, with drive, enthusiasm and positivity.

• Ability to successfully combine strategic responsibilities with practical, hands-on delivery.

• Strong creative copywriting skills and ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity
