Senior Executive, Partner Content & Social (12-month FTC)

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in office

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role: The Senior Executive, Partner Content & Social will play a key role in delivering value to commercial and licensing partners. Using their expertise, they will help partner managers create engaging content for a global fan base.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement clear processes and guidelines, and liaise directly with partners to maintain high standards on digital and social media channels.

  • Support the ideation process and educate partner managers on activating contractual rights on digital channels.

  • Take a social-first approach to content, tailoring it for platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Help partners develop unique storytelling content series.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure partner content meets standards and resonates with fans.

  • Work with the digital team to meet partners' needs across CRM, web, and email.

  • Ensure branded content is included in the content calendar.

  • Log all partner activations on digital and social channels.

  • Help partner managers adhere to established processes.

  • Work with the data & insights specialist to build campaign reports, highlighting successes and learnings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in content planning or agency work with major brands, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content optimisation strategies.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
