Our client is a global private equity firm that focuses on the leading services and technology sectors.
The client is a publicly listed organisation which targets technology buyouts primarily in Europe and the US.

The culture, the people, and the vision of the company leads this opportunity to be an extremely attractive proposition for an ambitious senior events specialist.
The Senior Event Marketing Specialist is placed in the Marketing team in the London office, reporting into and working alongside Head of Marketing whilst also ultimately being overseen by one of the business partners.
The aim of this role is to formulate and implement the marketing strategy for all events, to develop and maintain events as a primary marketing tool contributing to the Marketing team’s overall goal:
Enhance deal-side marketing, primarily to assist the origination and completion of deal transactions by establishing our client as the ‘Partner of Choice’ for founders, management teams and co-investors.
Creating best-in-class events, following general marketing content rules of ‘timeliness, quality and relevance' for the event audiences.
Utilising the CRM, in planning, organisation and post-event analysis/reporting – to ensure efficient planning and analysis of events.
Overseeing marketing in relation to industry events, such as conferences - organising marketing activities related to these.
Ensuring consistency of style for events, including supplier choice, branding and event materials.
Managing third-party suppliers for all events
Coordination of event marketing materials
Where appropriate, the internal and external marketing of all events:
External – ensuring brand exposure, and delivering on recognition for the brand at these events.
Internal – to ensure the greatest and improved attendance – increasing the quality and ‘relevance’ of the events.
Maintain, update and ensure correct utilisation of CRM system
Who we are looking for:
6 plus years’ experience in event marketing ideally for a similar organisation within Professional Services, Private Equity, and Finance.
Experience in using and developing /improving CRM systems to improve deal origination.
Experience working and excelling in a high-performance culture.
Familiarity with CRM (ideally Deal Cloud)
