Our client, a global non-profit organisation focused on sustainable fishing and ocean conservation, is hiring for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their Global Marketing and Communications Team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the global and regional delivery of paid media campaigns to enhance awareness of the organisation’s core mission. You will work closely with regional teams across 23 countries to shape and optimise regional digital marketing efforts.

This position is hybrid (in-office 2-3 days a week), with occasional opportunities to travel globally.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Be responsible for implementing and optimising a global digital marketing strategy, leading the organisation’s digital transformation

  • Optimise key paid media channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Offer support and training to regional offices across the globe to increase their digital marketing effectiveness and direction

  • Be responsible for the global digital marketing budget and offer guidance on regional budgets

  • Review and make recommendations on digital marketing proposals from regional teams

  • Report and provide a global analysis of digital marketing activity, evaluating effectiveness of campaigns and future improvements

  • Identify new digital channels and trends that can be implemented into the organisation’s digital marketing strategy

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, specifically paid media, within a large global organisation

  • Strong passion for the organisation’s core mission and values

  • A digital native, with strong experience across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Twitter Ads Manager)

  • Experience and interest in training and upskilling colleagues in regional teams

  • Proven experience of working with various key internal and external stakeholders
