A leading management consultancy is looking to recruit experienced internal communications professionals to join their consultancy practice as Senior Consultants or Managing Consultants in London. 

We are looking for skilled and experienced Internal Communicators who have a solid background in Internal Communications and demonstratable experience delivering on change and transformation projects.

  • You will be a creative thinker, have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to manage multiple projects at any given time and be organized and time management focused. 
  • This position offers you the opportunity to work with multiple organisations across a variety of sectors on culture change and transformation campaigns and projects.
  • In this position, you will offer strategic advice and best practice on how to engage, adapt and navigate their employees through a period of change and transformation.
  • Experience conducting research, employee engagement surveys and being comfortable asking questions across all levels of staff is essential for this role as you will need to gain an understanding of your client and their business.
