Our client, a reputation FMCG company, is look for a Regional Internal Communications Director to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drives employee engagement and motivation
  • Involves internal communications planning, coordination and execution, internal channel and event management, monitoring of internal social media
  • Leads the development of the regional strategy for internal communications
  • Ensures the planning and implementation of all practice activities are fully aligned with defined corporate/regional strategies
  • Ensures the successful implementation of global and regional initiatives linked to internal communications
  • Provides guidance and counsel to teams, especially on employee engagement and change management
  • Leads the Internal Communication team to manage and develop regional agency resources, building materials, injecting best practices and driving return on investment
  • Supports the development of corporate internal communication strategies
  • Be the speaking partner to the Central team and part of the internal communications network beyond the region

To be successful:

  • Excellence in English language skills, both verbal and written, is a must
  • Relevant education in Communication
  • 15+ years of experience, with at least 8+ years hands-on experience in driving internal communications, change management and employee motivation initiatives, showing competence and proven track record in the above areas
  • Digital experience on Intranet and other channels will be preferred
  • Strong leadership capabilities to exercise informal influence over the Communications team members across the region
  • Ability to work effectively, usually via virtual channels, with senior leadership, multinational, cross cultural and functional teams
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and align multiple stakeholders in the market, both regional and global teams
