My client, one of the UK's largest property managers, is looking to recruit a Public Affairs and Stakeholder Manager to join its growing team.
With a property portfolio worth over £10 billion, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to help shape the organisations reputation, as a responsible business delivering value beyond financial return, by strengthening relationships with stakeholders at a local and national level across sectors such as retail & leisure and rural developments.
Reporting into the Head of Public Affairs & Stakeholder Relations, the post holder will be responsible for implementing the stakeholder engagement and communication strategies of the business’s development pipeline and property asset management objectives. The Public Affairs and Stakeholder Manager will focus on the organisations regional property portfolio, including retail & leisure assets as well as a substantial rural portfolio. The post holder will manage external agency resources, as well as working in collaboration with teams across the business to deliver against business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have good experience of the planning process, development cycle and local government along with experience of working with external providers, gained from either agency or in house.
