I'm partnering with a prestigious redbrick university in recruiting a Programme Communications Manager role.

 

As part of their wider Finance Business Transformation Programme, they are looking to roll out a new procurement system which will help improve administrative process, which is due to go live very soon.  The new system will affect not only their employees in the finance team, but also potentially any member of their 12,500 employees.  The role will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing  and communicating a coherent strategy for programme communications, which will involve:

 

  • Developing a narrative for change
  • Producing comms materials and assets across all channels
  • Identifying and implementing communications channels and engagement methods.  They currently use email, intranet, workshops, briefings, newsletters
  • Running engagement sessions

 

This is a 6 month interim position paying £250 - £300/day via umbrella company.  Their office is based in Cambridge and they’re looking for the successful candidate to go in 1-2 days a week.  They are happy to consider those who are on 4 weeks’ notice.
