Our client:
VMA Group have been appointed partners to support an ambitious multinational organisation within the precious metals industry. Providing services to retail and institutional investors, which is both direct and through partners. The company is in an exciting phase, offering hybrid working, and an attractive bonus and benefits structure.
Job Purpose:
Strengthen and nurture existing product partnership relationships in Europe and North America.
Maximise annual platinum investment generation through partner initiatives, internal efforts, and partner support activities.
Expand the adoption of business-related activities among businesses similar to our partners while preserving our partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing efficient and effective service to existing product partners by maintaining regular contact and understanding their business models and client motivations regarding platinum and precious metals.
Developing and implementing creative partner marketing programs to boost platinum investment and improve retention, with support from business resources.
Ensuring the smooth execution of contractual terms, including reporting, data exchange, invoicing, and accruals.
Documenting partner interactions and actions and sharing relevant information with colleagues.
Gaining a deep understanding of the business and partner businesses and the investment case for platinum, including its demand drivers in the hydrogen economy and decarbonisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in building and maintaining external company relationships critical to success.
A track record of quickly acquiring knowledge in new or related industries to develop cross-company relationships.
Effective teamwork skills across functions, collaborating with colleagues.
The ability to influence peers and peer companies to implement new initiatives.
Customer relationship management skills, preferably with partners reliant on support rather than product purchases.
An undergraduate degree in commerce, marketing, business, or business development.
Multichannel marketing experience, ideally with retail investors in Europe, the UK, a
