Overview: Product Marketing Manager – Part Time (3 days per week) or Full Time
London or Swansea
Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation the individual will be experienced in marketing B2B enterprise software solutions, be ambitious and able to demonstrate success in their previous roles. With an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment the individual will be able to take ownership of GTM messaging and be proactive in developing customer facing platform and customer journey propositions that promote solutions to support demand generation campaigns which deliver sales pipeline
A CX-tech company that helps enterprises across Financial Services and Telcos streamline complex customer journeys into effortless experiences by replicating the qualities of face-to face interactions within remote channels. Their solutions give front-line staff the digital tools to explain products, exchange documentation and collect esignatures remotely, as if there in-person. This means journeys that used to span multiple steps and channels can be simplified into a single interaction
-Work closely with sales and product management to define strategic direction, build solution messaging & positioning and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies with Head of Demand Generation, CTO, CRO and CEO.
-Develop high impact content that communicates the value and advantages of the Suite solution including, web site content, datasheets, e-books & whitepapers, infographics, presentations and scripting for videos.
-Build out solution messaging and materials by customer journey and product capabilities and capture customer metrics and ROI.
-Manage the creation of external communications for published solution roadmaps and Customer journeys.
-Work with Demand Generation to execute on a content strategy to support inbound and outbound campaigns including thought leadership blogs and social media.
-Standardise content to assist in the faster closing of generated pipeline
Education & Experience:
-5-10 years of SaaS product marketing experience in B2B with the past 3 years at a name-brand SaaS, eCommerce, analytics or BI company.
-Demonstrable understanding of the market space and competitive environment and has a real passion for communicating how solutions help customers succeed.
-Proven experience of supporting successful solution sales growth.
-Experience of positioning Customer Experience Contact Centre solutions to the Financial Services Sector highly desirable.
-Experience developing customer personas and targeting decision-makers. Customer marketing: case studies, references, champion development.
-Work with Analyst Relations beneficial. Data-driven with strong analytical skills. Good copy writing skills and excellent written English.
-Experience working with senior management on go-to-market strategy and planning.
