A great opportunity has arisen for a Residential PR Manager within the busy Communications team of a luxury property development. This is a newly created role that supports the residential sales team and leads on residential PR, national and international, whilst also supporting the corporate communications and press office function. An important part of the role will be managing the various external agencies to ensure a co-ordinated and effective campaign. Interested?

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead on the Residential PR strategy for all phases of the development, supported by Communications Director
• Draft and implementation of UK and international residential communications plan
• Strong media contacts in the property/luxury/residential sphere
• Work closely with the Residential Sales team, supporting all sales efforts in the UK and overseas
• Work with the Estates Management team on existing residents’ communications
• Researching, drafting and publishing content and media assets (including press releases, comments and statements), following approval processes
• Generate ideas for features and stories that will reach target audiences
• Experience in issues and crisis communications management
• Conduct site visits, press trips and organise events for journalists
• Competently brief spokespeople ahead of media interviews

Key skills required:

• PR/communications experience, residential preferred
• Strong media relations skills and good network of media contacts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with managing PR agencies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• A commercially focused individual who has worked in businesses of all sizes and across different sectors
