Great opportunity for a senior PR Manager to join a leading business in the Commercial Property sector. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role to start ASAP.
You will be responsible for delivering PR activities across a number of key business areas that the organisation owns or invests in.
Prior experience within Commercial Property fund management is advantageous. You will lead on PR activities for a number of areas including: future cities, modular housing, commercial property, sustainability and social impact, build to rent and wider housing activities.
Strong stakeholder management skills are required as you will be expected to work with a variety of stakeholders across the business.
Impeccable writing skills are required, and you will have the ability to translate complex technical info into easy to understand engaging content.
You will thrive working in a fast paced busy environment with the ability to operate calmly under pressure.
Strong media relations skills are required. Prior experience supporting on issues/crises and proactively creating positive stories. Ability to build and develop strong relationships with the media/journalists.
Ensure newsflow is communicated and covered in national, trade, regional and broadcast media.
A background in Property, specifically commercial real estate is required – this can be from either in-house or agency side.
