8- month FTC contract

A leading UK property developer, specialising in mixed use development with a focus on placemaking and regeneration, is seeking a communications professional to join their corporate team for an initial 8-month contract. There is a possibility this role may go permanent.  Reporting into the Communication and PR Manager, this is a hybrid corporate and consumer role and the successful candidate must have existing and demonstrable experience in the property sector. Ideally this would suit someone from an agency background.

Key responsibilities:

• To enhance the corporate reputation of the company and help deliver new business opportunities and attract new investors and occupiers
• To help align the company and its subsidiaries
• To continue to build the reputation of their mixed- use developments as iconic destinations in London to live, work and visit and help support their commercial needs
• To be a source of industry knowledge within the company and help drive awareness of industry issues, current affairs and innovations to assist with delivering best practice
