Public service organisation requires an experienced Press Office professional to join their busy team and work across proactive and reactive reputation management media relations for a 12 month contract. With a focus on  both corporate and consumer campaigns and managing a busy reactive media function. 

• Devise  news hooks and content for both traditional and digital media
• Work with wider Communications team to ensure activity is aligned and best practice
• Manage crisis comms incidents, be able to spot opportunity and threat and manage stakeholder relationships
• Promote corporate narrative and key milestones

Ideally looking for someone with a proven track record in busy press office, strong writer and experience gained in transport, infrastructure or council media relations team.
