Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, creating and writing content for a variety of marketing channels and materials, including website, social media, YouTube, newsletters, media interviews, press releases, email campaigns and brochures

• Support the development and management of direct marketing campaigns

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommend improvements

• Develop and manage our monthly client newsletter

• Help arrange internal and external events

• Support the management of internal communications across VMA GROUP, championing the use of Workplace by Facebook as our internal communications platform

• Support the management team in delivering the annual business and marketing plans

• Liaise with agencies to provide external marketing and communications support where required, e.g. digital agencies, design agencies, video production agencies

• Responsible for analysis of KPIs across paid media, social, organic and email channels

• Providing support to update website CMS with new content and ensuring all marketing activity adheres to our brand guidelines

• Benchmarking and competition analysis, identifying best practices across our industry

Experience Required:

• A qualification in Marketing is preferred

• Experience (including internships and placements) preferred but not essential

• High degree of spoken and written English

• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

• Personable and good at working in a team environment

• Strong organisational and analytical skills

• Good project management and communication skills

• Thorough and diligent with an excellent eye for detail

• Microsoft Office proficient

• Creative suite experience would be beneficial – Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Canva, Hootsuite, dotmailer

• A motivated self-starter with a drive to exceed
