​A leading real estate fund manager is looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to help deliver a programme that protects and enhances the organization's brand. This will include brand management, the design, development and production of corporate and fund collateral, managing the social media channels, digital marketing and website management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the roll out of the marketing and communications programme

  • Designing, formatting and helping to draft presentations, fund materials and marketing content across the business

  • Managing the integrity and consistency of the brand across print and online collateral

  • Working with the firm's agency to support on the administrative aspects of media relations and creating timely briefing notes and reports, as well as drafting press releases, blogs and other content

  • Co-ordinating the logistics around the Group's listed funds’ results, annual reports and roadshows

  • Managing the social media channels for the Group and its listed funds, creating ideas for content and posting regular updates on behalf of the business

  • Helping to manage the process and logistics around new digital content and videos

  • Managing and optimizing the website

  • Monitoring online and print media coverage

  • Helping to organize events

Skills and experience required:

  • 3-5 years experience, ideally from a communications agency or in an in-house communications / marketing role

  • Strong organizational, time-management and planning skills

  • Excellent creative skills and an ability to use design software to create presentations and other collateral for the Group

  • Good verbal, written and administrative skills, as well as an eye for detail

  • Strong knowledge of social and digital media channels, able to create social media content and understand what mediums will resonate with different audiences

  • A positive outlook with a desire to learn and get involved in a busy, but very friendly, team
