SPECIFICATION OF CORE FUNCTION
Our client is a global leader in financial services. This is a newly created role to support existing members of the Investor Relations team in organising roadshows and events for clients and targets within the Investment Banking business. Going forward, the successful candidate will pick up specific roadshows from the other members of the IR team and eventually take over coverage of a specific sector or a number of clients, as well as cover for the team members during vacation periods.
You will ideally have had experience in a role which required organising events and be confident in dealing with with senior executives of large companies who are our clients. You will be skilled in using the MS Office suite.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with all non-deal and fund-raising roadshows for Corporate Banking clients and potential targets.
This includes, but is not limited to:
o Logging corporate meeting interactions
o Providing meeting confirmations for non-deal roadshows and deal roadshows
o Preparing presentations for non-deal roadshows and deal roadshows and maintaining a log of all printing done
o Liaising with the Finance department to organise the recharging of roadshow expenses related to printing and other roadshow expenses
o Filing and archiving presentations, prospectuses and other documents
o Creating roadshow calendars in Outlook and new CRM system, when it becomes operational
o Arranging Sales presentations and liaising with Sales team and Research
o Preparing outline roadshow schedules and feedback reports
o Preparing investor profiles
o Assisting with the arrangement of investor group lunches and seminars internally and locating suitable venues for external events
o Assisting with preparing share register analyses for clients and the administration around this
o Assisting with the preparation of market data and closing prices reports
o Organising travel arrangements and booking cars for client roadshows and sales/corporate attendees
o Submitting expenses for the IR team
