The Operations Internal Communications Executive will work as a ‘gate-keeper’ between the business’ HQ and the restaurants. Hence, it is essential that the suitable candidate possess the ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrate a clear ability to network effectively and of course building relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to exhibit your excellent writing skills, as being a very able writer is an essential quality for this position. It would be ideal for the individual to have some experience in a consumer environment, preferably a retail/restaurant/operations type role – although this is not prerequisite – it doesn’t hurt to have some knowledge to bring to the role!
Socialising is an important factor in this business’s strategy. There is a great collegiate culture, with an exciting social calendar. Feedback is necessary in a two-way system in order for everyone to express their opinions and any ways they think things can be improved. Development is also of utmost importance. You will receive unrivalled training alongside industry tools to help develop you. They want to enable you to make the most of your career development and your ownership of such is very important to them!
