Internal Communications Manager – Luxury retail

Fantastic opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join a global, luxury retail brand to manage the communications and employee engagement strategy for this business’ global HQ.

Key responsibilities/skills:

  • You will be responsible for developing and delivering the internal communications/employee engagement strategy for the business in their new global HQ.

  • Responsible for engaging employees through events, written communications, through tools and platforms, and through the physical office space.

  • You will have strong stakeholder management experience and be adept at building relations internally across many teams.

  • Be adept at creating content for use across multiple channels including emails and the intranet platform that brings to life the Brand, and the stories of their People.

  • Develop a calendar of engagement for their teams in the current office space, while establishing the strategy and plans for engagement in their future house.

  • You will be strong at telling/finding stories, building relationships and event management.

  • You will be proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
