Having welcomed a new CEO last year, the organisation is going through some very exciting changes to help improve their services, including a systems upgrade for the sales team and digitalising their customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering change communications programme to their global audience, as well as work with their closely knit team to deliver employee engagement initiatives.

Our client has offices based in London and Southampton and they’ve adopted a hybrid working model.
