The Employee Communications Manager is responsible for managing and executing employee and change communications programmes, campaigns, events and initiatives for the business globally.

They are looking for someone with strong internal and change communications experience.

You will be managing stakeholders across a global organisation and engaging employees through social media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the Internal Comms strategy.
• Own the content strategy - identify trends and story opportunities.
• Execute different campaigns with exciting multi media communications.
• Work very closely with the leadership team to deliver events and communications.
• Crisis communications where appropriate.
• Manage internal measurement plan.

Key accountabilities

• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Global experience.
• Food and Drink sector experience desirable.
• Experience with social media platforms e.g. Workplace by Facebook.

Skilled with project management and meeting tight deadlines – across multiple priorities and projects.
