Based in the EMEA Strategic Communications team, this role will drive project and change communications within a specific division. The role will be tasked with forming a network of Change Champions within the division to support strategic programme communications while keeping colleagues connected and informed.

Responsibilities

• Formalise a structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups

• Develop and distribute high-quality materials to achieve buy-in to strategic change programmes across the EMEA region.

• Drive the creation and adoption of community-based content to support competence and boost employee engagement, such as organisational changes and customer-focused initiatives.

• Produce video/written material and gather news from employees and teams aligned the practice

• Maintain and support the development of digital and face-to-face channels used to communicate effectively with employees

• Work with the Internal Communications & Events Manager to raise visibility on project milestones and create awareness on activities

• Track how content is created and used by OpCos Change Champions in their local activities to help ensure alignment.

• Propose tactics to improve employee engagement

• Implement metrics to measure ROI and review the effectiveness of existing communication channels and activities.

• Maintain and manage appropriate supplier relationships to produce quality content for internal distribution.
