Are you looking for a challenging career where you will get the opportunity to work alongside and report into the Head of Internal Communications for HR, Legal, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs? 

In this position you will be required to provide professional IC support and guidance to four of the ExCo members(Group HR Director, Group Corporate Affairs Director, Group General Counsel and Group Director Regulatory Affairs) 

You will be responsible for the development, design and implementation of the  communications plan to communicate to their teams brilliantly, effectively, and in line with the overall business internal comms strategy. 

This isn’t about business partnering with senior leaders to deliver their personal priorities, but helping them and their teams understand the bigger picture, driving pride and advocacy in our client company.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with your Head off to deliver the annual internal comms plan for the units you support, making sure that whatever you do ties back to the broader picture and the IC strategy.
  • Find ways to promote companywide communications across all the different business units, while proactively creating bespoke content and messages for them.
  • Excellent ability when it comes to building strong and respectful relationships with senior leaders, knowing how and when to challenge to get the best results for internal communications and develop this relationship so you will be the trusted IC specialist they turn to in their time of need!
  • One other essential skill required is your passion for employee engagement, constantly looking for new ways to improve the quality of communications your audiences receive.
