Specialist risk consultancy based in the City is looking for an experienced and independent confident IC Manager to come on board and join their dynamic and interesting business.

This is a standalone IC Manager role where you will be responsible for the full IC function from strategy creation to delivery and everything in between.  We are looking for IC Managers who have something special to bring to the role and are open to taking risks and making a difference when it comes to communicating to your people.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO , Senior partners and others within the business to ensure that there is a flow of impactful key messages from the key stakeholders who sit within the various departments across the business.
• Take full responsibility and ownership for the development, delivery and evaluation of an integrated group wide communications strategy to ensure that it supports the global business strategy and effectively engage their people.
• A keen learner and IC specialist will be best suited for this role as you will learn to understand the culture of the business, need to think strategically, and have the ability to develop and write outstanding messages  and once this is done you will need to deliver these through creative and impactful channels.
