My client is a prestigious truly global organisation in the higher education sector.

They are a growing organisation who’s purpose is to help students get into their universities of choice across the UK and Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

You would be based out of their modern open plan HQ in Marylebone, and in reaching distance from your key Stakeholders and the decision makers.

You would be covering all things internal comms across internationally across the UK, Europe and parts of the US with the help of one other based in Australia.

The role needs someone who thrives off a fast changing pace of work.

You will need to be a self-starter and someone who enjoys dealing with the Senior Executive level team yet someone who equally enjoys doing the creative delivery of those projects.

In terms of support you will have a fantastic in-house creative services team to hand who can help with anything from PowerPoints to larger projects.

There’s a nice mix of pro-active strategic and re-active comms.

Your key stakeholder is the HR Director, so looking for someone who appreciate HR led communications.

The culture is a non-hierarchical organisation, collegiate and professional.

The business is growing (in the US) and changing which is an exciting prospect for anyone who is looking at joining.

A key exciting project will be working with the PR team on promoting how well the business is doing.

You will receive a full induction and thorough handover period from the incumbent.

You will be ideally in play by September 2018 for when the new CEO lands who will be someone you will be closely working with creating new stories and harmonising ways of communicating internally.

Person we are looking for:

Significant internal comms experience
Strong writing skills
Someone who is open to digital comms.
