A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join rapidly growing and well loved retail brand, if you enjoy coffee this is for you!

Brand new role to do internal communications across their boutique stores across the UK and internationally.

You will be joining a brand new team of eager professionals there to do the best job they can and deliver some exciting new projects.

Working closely with the Head of Communications and the Retail operations Managers on creative strategies, end to end delivery of internal communications plans of various kinds across a variety of channels.

• Significant internal communications experience ideally from a retail / operations sector background though open to others
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment as this will be fast paced and exciting!
• Someone who is not afraid to try new strategies
• Someone who has the ability to build rapport quickly
• Leadership dynamism
• Knowledge of retail
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to ensure Buy in
• Diplomacy, ability to try best channels to connect audience
• Experience of excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Excellent verbal communication and written communication.
